A group session is an amazing journey to propel you and those around you onto a path of becoming healthy, happy, whole, and complete. Group sessions are perfect for health wellness meeting groups, team bonding, workshops, and couples. There is no need for anyone in the group to have had any prior background or knowledge. All that is needed is an open heart and open mind with the ability to let go and visualize. There are several different experiences to choose from; past life regression, meet your Spirit Guide(s)/Guardian Angel(s), future life exploration, dimensional travel, healing journeys, and more. You can choose one or combine several experiences. I also offer a more intense 4 hour workshop that focuses primarily on physical healing and learning how to listen to your body. Please inquire with any questions on hosting a group session.

Expand Your Spiritual Self Day Retreat
Are you curious about your spiritual gifts? Do you doubt yourself? Are you ready to take your gifts and innate abilities to the next level?
If you answered yes to any (or all) of those questions, this interactive event is for YOU! Join Matt Schmidt and Whitney Heuvelmans as they help you tap into these deeper parts of your soul and expand your Spiritual Self!
This event will help you identify and connect to your spirit guides and spiritual team, establish and enhance your intuitive gifts, and provide you with tools to strengthen your intuition and confidence in yourself. Regardless of where you are at in your journey, this retreat is for you!
For lunch, there are dining options available nearby or feel free to bring a lunch of your own. Snacks and water will be available throughout the retreat. Bring a mat if you want to use one for the meditation part.

Moving On From Outgrown Relationships
Whether you feel stuck in a current relationship, still processing one that has ended, or are just ready for something new, this is for you. This is for more than just romantic relationships, any relationship can be addressed here: friends, family, career, etc. You may consciously know what you want to experience, but we will be working on a subconscious level to help you move on and manifest something more aligned with you. ​​

Energy and Entity Attachments Workshop
Do you sometimes not feel like yourself? Do you have intrusive thoughts that come out of nowhere? Does your energy or the energy of your space feel “off” sometimes? Believe it or not, this is more common than most people realize and this workshop will give you the tools and confidence to work with these energies in a gentle and compassionate way.
We will take a closer look at how these play into many mental conditions like, depression, schizophrenia, suicidal ideation, and more.

Part of this experience will include a guided healing segment to help you get back to you. I was so reluctant to work in this capacity but it has provided some of the most rewarding experiences and I am so excited to share this with you.

Vibin' in the Pines - Vibin' 2026
