A group session is an amazing journey to propel you and those around you onto a path of becoming healthy, happy, whole, and complete. Group sessions are perfect for health wellness meeting groups, team bonding, workshops, and couples. There is no need for anyone in the group to have had any prior background or knowledge. All that is needed is an open heart and open mind with the ability to let go and visualize. There are several different experiences to choose from; past life regression, meet your Spirit Guide(s)/Guardian Angel(s), future life exploration, dimensional travel, healing journeys, and more. You can choose one or combine several experiences. I also offer a more intense 4 hour workshop that focuses primarily on physical healing and learning how to listen to your body. Please inquire with any questions on hosting a group session.

Expand Your Spiritual Self Day Retreat

Quantum Healing for Your Body and Mind - Day Retreat
Join Matt Schmidt for an unforgettable day retreat that will change the way you look at the world. As a classically trained research scientist working in drug development, he will help bridge the gap between the medical/scientific world and the metaphysical one.
This experience will take a deep dive into the metaphysical meanings behind ailments and diseases to help you learn the messaging system of the body so you can heal or not even get sick in the first place. We will also be exploring other sources of illnesses and by the time we get done, you will understand where 98% to 99% of illness and disease comes from. Additionally, we will address blocks to healing to understand why people don’t heal sometimes and how they can.
The second portion of this retreat includes a group guided healing journey to walk you through your own transformational healing process. We look forward to sharing this life enrichment event with you.

Energy and Entity Attachments Workshop
Do you sometimes not feel like yourself? Do you have intrusive thoughts that come out of nowhere? Does your energy or the energy of your space feel “off” sometimes? Believe it or not, this is more common than most people realize and this workshop will give you the tools and confidence to work with these energies in a gentle and compassionate way.
We will take a closer look at how these play into many mental conditions like, depression, schizophrenia, suicidal ideation, and more.

Part of this experience will include a guided healing segment to help you get back to you. I was so reluctant to work in this capacity but it has provided some of the most rewarding experiences and I am so excited to share this with you.
