Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I start?
Contact me and we will set up a date for your session. I will also send you some additional information as well as ask you to write some questions that you want answered.
Where will the session take place?
Wherever you are most comfortable is the best place to have the session. An area or space that is free from distractions. For in-person sessions, this can either be at your home, my home, or an alternate place that you feel would be best.
How many sessions will I need?
Healing is such an individualized journey so there is no set number of how many sessions a person will need, but because this is an intensive process, the majority of people experience significant changes with just one session. As with any personal growth, it is a process, so down the road you may be guided to dive back in with another session. It is recommended that you allow the session to integrate before jumping into the next one. Also, life happens and new things pop up. This is a great time to get the guidance you need on your journey.
Are others allowed to be present during the session?
No! This is a very personal journey. Information is often withheld when others are present, whether you try to or not. You need to be completely open and honest to get the maximum benefit from these sessions. Exceptions may be made when a translator is required.
Are the things discussed in the session confidential?
YES! These sessions require such a high level of openness, honesty, and trust to receive the maximum benefit; therefore, confidentiality is strictly maintained. Anything shared with you about other clients' experiences is only done with their permission, knowing it may help others with their journey and healing.
What will my session be like?
Each session is as unique as the person having it. Initially we will sit down and conduct an “interview”. This is a very easy dialogue that communicates to me your life up until your session. We will also review and talk about the questions you want answered. You will then get into a relaxed and comfortable position. This may be resting in a recliner, lying in a bed, propped up on a couch, sprawled out on the floor, or whatever you are most comfortable with. Audio equipment will then be set up to record the session. Listening to the recording of your session is an integral part of the healing process. We will start with some simple visualization and then flow into a peaceful dream awareness state. This is where we will explore and find the answers to your questions. You will then be guided back to your present awareness and we will review your session. The recording of the session will be transferred to a USB flash drive or sent via email. As stated before, listening to your session is a huge part of the healing process because hearing yourself say things in the way you said them acts like a key to unlock those things inside you. Listening to your session will instantly bring you back to your true state of “being” and the healing becomes truly solidified within you.
Will I black out or fall asleep?
No. This is not anesthesia or amnesia. This is also not mind control and I can't make you do anything you don't want to. (And no, I won't make you dance like a chicken!) If you fall asleep during part of the session, that is exactly what you need in that moment. If this does occur, it is usually at the part where you don't need to be actively doing anything. When I need you to respond, I simply talk a little louder and faster and we simply continue with the session. Whatever happens is perfect.
How long is a session?
Because each session is so individualized, there is no exact duration for a session. I do not put a time limit on these sessions, which is why we get the results that we do. Plan for between 5-7 hours. Healing is on divine time, and it takes the time it takes----so we take the time. There is only a set monetary rate, so you pay no more or no less for the length of session.
