Group Events and Wellness Fairs
A group session is an amazing journey to propel you and those around you onto a path of becoming healthy, happy, whole, and complete. Group sessions are perfect for health wellness meeting groups, team bonding, workshops, and couples. There is no need for anyone in the group to have had any prior background or knowledge. All that is needed is an open heart and open mind with the ability to let go and visualize. There are several different experiences to choose from; past life regression, meet your Spirit Guide(s)/Guardian Angel(s), future life exploration, dimensional travel, healing journeys, and more. You can choose one or combine several experiences. I also offer a more intense 4 hour workshop that focuses primarily on physical healing and learning how to listen to your body. Please inquire with any questions on hosting a group session.

Listen to Your Body and Heal Yourself - A life enrichment workshop to learn self-healing
Every physical symptom is a message to your body, we have forgotten how to listen. Almost anything can be healed if you’re ready to release it and the emotion tied to it. Join Matt Schmidt as he guides you to heal yourself and stay in a healed state.
The first portion of the class will be instructional and will address the meaning of common physical symptoms, mental issues, other sources of illness, and blocks to healing. The second portion will be a guided experience to further understand what your body is saying and ultimately, to heal.
Please bring paper and something to write with and also a mat/blanket if you want to lay down.

Deep Inner Child Healing and Integration
In my work, I find that many of the issues people face originate during the formative years of childhood. In this powerful group, I will be gently guiding you to heal aspects of our childhood and bring back the innocence, excitement, joy and childlike awe and wonder that has been missing from your life! You don’t have to relive it, as you have already survived, but it’s important to see how it impacted you to change it. This is a perfect prelude to the afternoon workshop. Bring a mat and blanket if you want to lay down and bring a notebook and something to write with.
